Job Description Security Officer – Full Time Location: Austin, MN Wage Range: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour We are hiring qualified individuals to provide high‑quality customer service and peace of mind to clients and their guests while upholding our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Responsibilities Resolve conflicts and de‑escalate situations. Interact frequently with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity. Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed. Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within six months. Above‑average computer/technology skills. Security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. Impeccable customer service and team‑leadership skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift. Rapid, effective judgment in emergencies with appropriate escalation. Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screening and background investigation. CPR certification.
