Senior Associate

Industrial Leasing Specialist

We are looking for an intelligent, assertive, and determined person with two to three years' experience in industrial leasing to join an existing team in our Orlando, Florida office.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Client Relationships
• Email campaigns
• Social Media (LinkedIn, blogging, tweeting, etc.)
• Cold Calling
• Community involvement
• Attend Real Estate industry conferences
• Managing database of contacts and real estate data
• Client's Management
• Survey markets for availabilities
• Using online databases
• Calling local listing brokers
• Prepare and review proposals
• Participate in lease/sale negotiations
• Create marketing materials
• Manage marketing process
• Track responses and follow-up with interested parties
• Develop Landlord Relationships

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (business major/concentration preferred)
• Proven track record of leadership, drive, and success with 2 to 3 years' experience in industrial leasing
• Florida real estate license required
