We are seeking a Commercial Litigation 15+ years of seasoned experience in commercial litigation. No book necessary. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial litigation issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Manage discovery, including document review, responses, and depositions.
- Assist with case strategy, negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
- Prepare for hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court.
- Monitor case deadlines and manage multiple matters effectively.
