Night Shift Facilities Technician - Healthcare Campus

CBRE maintains a hospital and multiple clinics on a large healthcare campus in Round Rock, TX. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, infrastructure, and plumbing systems, manages work orders, and responds to emergencies to keep critical facilities running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in facilities maintenance, strong plumbing/carpentry, and basic MS Office skills.
