Project Coordinator (Scientific Operations)

Eurofins seeks a Project Coordinator for Scientific Operations in Columbia, MO to manage testing programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as client liaison. The role ensures study protocols, timelines, and documentation align with quality standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review study protocols, analytical methods, and client requests to define and communicate project requirements
• Create and maintain study records, timelines, and deliverables using LIMS and internal databases
• Partner with laboratory, quality assurance, and analytical teams to ensure materials and specifications are available pre-study
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and facilitating status meetings on study progress
• Monitor project timelines, track scope changes, and support budget and change-order requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific field
• Minimum 2 years experience in laboratory, scientific, pharmaceutical, or project coordination settings
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience with LIMS, eLIMS, eQMS, or similar laboratory software platforms
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Ability to interpret scientific protocols, laboratory reports, and technical documentation
