Description:
This position involves caring for patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgeries.
The patients range from those who are ambulatory and able to provide some of their own care to those who are bedridden and require total care.
The role may include services related to neurosurgery, neurology, ear, nose and throat surgery, and general surgery.
Continuous assessment of the patients is necessary, especially for those with ongoing care needs.
