Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on light and heavy-duty equipment, including lube/oil changes, tire repair/mounting, and minor repairs.
• Inspect, repair, and/or replace all types of tires on equipment.
• Conduct minor repairs such as replacing batteries, light bulbs, belts, and hoses.
• Provide exceptional customer support and service.
• Enter data into a PC-based Fleet Management System and maintain PM service records.
• Operate vehicles and/or equipment requiring a driver's license.

Requirements

• Minimum six months of job experience in automotive/heavy equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance requirements and procedures.
• Consent to an annual Motor Vehicle Check by DOT.
• Security clearance required.

Preferences

• Experience and knowledge of construction contracts.
• Understanding of GAAP and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Google, Excel, Word, Acrobat, and Adobe.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.
