Production Assembler

Pay Rate: $14.50 – $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Full‐Time | Monday–Friday

Location : Senatobia MS

We are hiring Production Assemblers to support manufacturing operations in a professional production environment. This role focuses on assembling high‐quality products while following safety standards, engineering documentation, and production goals.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $14.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $15.50/hour

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in any setting
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions and engineering documentation
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to drawings, work instructions, and documentation
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform Go/No‐Go testing as required
• Use computer systems to update job status and production records
• Assist with training new team members as needed
• Support material handling and general production activities
• Communicate issues, improvements, or concerns with production and engineering teams
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
