We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a globally recognized manufacturing company with a long history of producing products used around the world. This is a direct hire opportunity , meaning you'll join the company's team on Day One—not through a temporary assignment.

What you'll be doing

You'll help keep a busy manufacturing operation running by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

You'll work on equipment including:

• Extruders
• Thermoformers
• Punch presses
• Conveyors
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and mechanical seals

This is a hands-on role where you'll use your mechanical troubleshooting skills every day—not spend your shift waiting for the next work order.

If you're comfortable welding, fabricating parts, reading blueprints, rebuilding equipment, aligning motors, or working in a machine shop, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (or completion of an apprenticeship)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding and fabrication experience (MIG and/or ARC)
• Blueprint reading experience
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• The ability to pass a mechanical aptitude assessment

Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, or Bobcats is a plus—but not required.

Schedule

This position works a rotating 12-hour schedule : from 6am-6pm. (3-2-3 schedule)

If you're looking for a traditional Monday-Friday schedule, this probably isn't the right fit.

If you like having extended stretches of days off throughout the month and don't mind rotating shifts, this schedule works well for many experienced maintenance professionals.
