Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies that support their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ evidence-based techniques to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families about therapy methods to facilitate continued progress at home.
• Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical progress and modify plans to ensure each patient remains on their pathway to success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education or certification advancement is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
