Position Overview:As a Pharmacist in this inpatient setting, you will play a key role in medication management, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective pharmaceutical care for patients. Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness

Qualifications:
