Occupational Therapist
Position Summary: Responsible for evaluating, establishing and implementing the plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Licenses and Certification: Illinois license in Occupational Therapy or eligible; BLS
Experience and Skills: Technical Experience: N/A
Role Specific Responsibilities:
- Performs thorough evaluation
- Develops appropriate Plan of Care
- Implements Plan of Care
- Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
- Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students
Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $39.56 To $61.32
