COLD FOOD (SALAD) (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Full‑time COLD FOOD (SALAD) position at Flik Hospitality Group. Location: VALO Park – 7950 Jones Branch Drive, McLean, VA 22102 (online applications accepted only). Compensation: $18.00 per hour. Schedule Full‑time schedule Monday through Friday; hours may vary. Further details upon interview. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef. Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control. Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments following approved merchandising guidelines. Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstation, stove, and refrigerator. Store food in designated areas following HACCP standard wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures. Clean, sanitize, and maintain counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors in the preparation and serving areas. Cut meats, cheeses, and vegetables to designated thickness using slicing machine or knives. Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures. Maintain a clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous deli experience required.
