What You’ll Do Assist in surgery, urgent care cases, and general practice appointments Execute high-level technical skills with precision and confidence Support diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, patient care, and client communication Help manage daily hospital flow and efficiency, especially during peak hours Support team direction and workflow in real time Collaborate with leadership on improving operations and performance Help keep our hospital efficient, organized, and running smoothly Contribute ideas : yes, your voice matters here This is a hospital where techs are respected, empowered, and expected to think critically.
