Primary Purpose of the job: Maintain all commercial kitchen, beverage and fuel dispensing equipment and facilities in good working order. Maintain a professional working relationship with the store team members and the customers. Work efficiently using good routing and time management skills to quickly prioritize repairs. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment according to established safety procedures. Maintain the proper mechanical ability needed to safely address work orders based on technician trade assignment.

Required Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Desired Education: Successful completion of all Facility Support Skill Schools. Additional courses in mechanical repair, electrical repair. Gilbarco/Veeder Root certification.

Required Experience: 2 years of general maintenance, commercial kitchen, beverage, and fuel systems. Mechanical aptitude including a basic knowledge of electronic equipment, electrical schematics, carpentry/tile repair, plumbing and painting.

Desired Experience: 3+ years of general maintenance, commercial kitchen, beverage, and fuel systems. Working knowledge of all types of equipment that are used in the operation of a QuikTrip store.

• Maintain all commercial kitchen, commercial refrigeration, beverage and fuel dispensing equipment and facilities in good working order.
• Work efficiently to address all work orders in each location.
• Ensure all applicable administrative tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Attend and participate meetings, training classes, tech rides, and other resources to maintain and improve technical proficiency.
