What you'll be doing…

As a strategic leader partnering with functional HR teams and IT, you will design, strategize, and deliver high impact technology initiatives that directly accelerate our overarching corporate objectives and strategic HR vision. You will be a driving force behind our digital HR evolution, seamlessly integrating AI into our global talent & learning ecosystems, leveraging your Workday configuration expertise to unlock new efficiencies and elevate the employee experience. You will partner directly with executive stakeholders to shape the enterprise HR technology roadmap, influencing critical decision-making on high-value technology investments, process optimization, and complex change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with executive stakeholders to understand complex business challenges.

• Translate high-level business objectives into strategic requirements and technology roadmaps.

• Deliver Workday solutions for Talent Acquisition & Learning with a focus on implementing and optimizing Workday's latest AI and machine learning features (e.g., Sana, Agentic AI, conversational agents, predictive analytics, and smart hubs).

• Continuously monitor industry trends, research and evaluate cutting-edge AI vendors and tools in the HR space (such as automated candidate slate ranking, AI interview guides, and predictive skills mapping) and configure Workday to integrate seamlessly with these platforms.

• Lead cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless data flows and unified user experiences across all talent platforms by designing a cohesive, end-to-end talent and learning configuration strategy.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the business value and ROI generated by Workday configurations.

• Influence and guide senior leadership decision-making regarding HR technology investments, process optimization, and change management.

• Communicate complex technical architectures and AI concepts in clear, business-focused terms to executive audiences

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team and the business on Workday modules and AI capabilities.

• Manage relationships with Workday and external integration partners to ensure optimal service delivery and early access to features.

What we're looking for…

You have a passion for HR Innovation. You are a visionary leader who consistently connects technology initiatives to the broader corporate strategy. You have the ability to look beyond the immediate request to anticipate future enterprise needs and evaluate downstream impacts of technology decisions on the global talent ecosystem and the end-to-end employee experience. You have a technical and functional mastery of the Workday platform, with a track record of successfully deploying complex configurations, navigating major product releases, and leveraging advanced, AI-driven modules. You have strong communication and advisory skills, allowing you to operate as a credible partner to senior leadership.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience or specialized training.

• Experience designing and optimizing the Workday Recruiting and/or Learning modules. This includes designing & configuring business processes, validation rules, calculated fields, and/or automated routing/notification frameworks.

• An understanding of Workday integration tools, including Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Cloud Connect, Web Services, and/or APIs.

• Project Management experience.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Configuration knowledge of Workday Learning, Recruiting, Sana, and the Workday Skills Cloud.

• Technical competency in configuring, tuning, and auditing advanced HR artificial intelligence systems, specifically Workday Sana AI, HiredScore (predictive scoring), and Paradox (conversational AI/natural language processing).

• The ability to present to senior executives, translate highly technical architecture into clear business outcomes, and steer strategic HR technology decisions.

• Strong analytical skills to map end-to-end, cross-functional talent lifecycles and identify opportunities for system consolidation and process automation.

• Comprehensive knowledge of global AI compliance regulations and data privacy frameworks as they relate to automated hiring, learning & talent screening.

• Mastery of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies within SaaS environments to manage complex tenant configuration strategies

• Experience operating within Agile methodologies, including driving Sprint planning and facilitating scrum ceremonies to ensure continuous delivery.

• Workday Pro Certifications.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $101,500.00 - $194,000.00.
