Job Opportunity: Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon

Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to become a part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented atmosphere.

We operate a bustling practice with a team of over 20 orthopedic surgeons and are currently training 25 orthopedic surgery residents. Our Outpatient Rehabilitation center is situated at our Medical Center's East Campus, just 1.4 miles from the main facility. The treatment areas are expansive, featuring an 8,000-square-foot orthopedic gym along with private treatment rooms.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $525,000 to $640,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $472,500 and $576,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
