Descripción del Puesto Estamos buscando un Entrenador Atléticamente para unirse a nuestro equipo como Especialista en Prevención de Lesiones en una capacidad de medio tiempo. Esta posición es ideal para aquellos que buscan trabajo flexible basado en proyectos para complementar sus ingresos con algunas horas a la semana. Responsabilidades Trabajar con la gestión del sitio del cliente y los equipos de seguridad para evaluar riesgos. Ofrecer capacitación ergonómica. Entrenar a los empleados sobre estrategias de prevención de lesiones y reducción del dolor. Utilizar los sistemas de informes de DORN y la tecnología de campo cuando sea necesario. Cualificaciones Interés o experiencia en ergonomía (no es requisito). Capacidad para identificar y abordar problemas de manera efectiva, proporcionando soluciones tanto en persona como de forma remota. Habilidades tecnológicas para usar los sistemas de informes de DORN. Compromiso con la mejora de la salud y la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo. Habilidades de comunicación interpersonal excepcionales. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma mientras fomenta relaciones sólidas con clientes y colegas.
