CBRE Government & Defense - - Responsibilities: Perform duties expected of an HVAC/R mechanical technician at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda, Maryland, including installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and operational support of commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems; Inspect, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and install HVAC/R equipment and associated components; read blueprints; service refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers, freezers, rack systems, and cooling towers; Support and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS)/Building Automation Controls and monitor equipment performance to identify operational deficiencies
