Daily Responsibilities Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools. Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water. Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides. Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces. Vacuum pools and remove debris. Empty skimmer baskets and pump baskets. Clean or backwash pool filters as needed. Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, automation systems, and other pool equipment for proper operation. Identify equipment issues and communicate repair recommendations to customers. Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work. Keep company vehicles organized and stocked with supplies. Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit. What We're Looking For No pool service experience required—we'll train you! Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance requirements. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong communication and customer service skills.
