For over 50 years, we’ve been helping families and lake enthusiasts make the most of their time on the water. As a Marine Operations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and a top-notch experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely moving, launching, retrieving, and positioning boats and marine equipment.
• Performing physically demanding outdoor tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, pulling lines, and working around docks and boats in varying weather conditions.
• Following established procedures and guidelines to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Communicating clearly with team members and customers, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Providing professional, responsive service to ensure our customers enjoy their time on Lake Keowee.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Legal eligibility to operate both a motor vehicle and a motorboat in South Carolina, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and any required boating credentials.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong spatial awareness and attention to surroundings to ensure safety while handling boats and equipment.
• The ability to work independently, follow procedures, and recognize when to report or escalate an issue.
• A willingness to perform physically demanding work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
