Job Title Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift Location Germantown, WI Key Responsibilities Lead daily production activities to meet volume, yield, and schedule targets. Promote and enforce safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 18–20 operators. Monitor performance (OEE, downtime, waste) and drive improvements. Ensure accurate production, quality, and sanitation documentation. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to maintain operations. Lead problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage staffing, training, and employee performance. Benefits PTO and floating holidays. Qualifications High school diploma + 5 years of leadership experience. Or Associate degree + 3 years of leadership experience. Or Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience in manufacturing, food safety, and continuous improvement preferred. Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, etc.). Salary Salary range: $80,000–$90,000.
