Job Description Job Description Assistant Manager - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting team development while driving sales and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing shifts * Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service * Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met * Support scheduling, labor management, and shift execution * Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control * Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations * Support training and development of new and existing employees * Drive sales performance and help meet store KPIs Qualifications * Previous experience in a QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager preferred) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure * High level of accountability and reliability * Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills * Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays * Basic understanding of restaurant operations, including cash handling and inventory Company Description The Restaurant Zone is a leading hospitality recruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier talent with restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups across the United States.
