$80,000 - $85,000 per year | Flexible Schedule | Travel Between Homes We're looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy in patients' homes. You'll help improve independence, safety, and quality of life while working autonomously with a supportive team. What You'll Do:
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Provide OT services focused on ADLs/IADLs
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and safety
- Recommend and assess adaptive equipment and home modifications
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- OT license and graduate of an accredited program
- 1+ year OT experience (home health preferred)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
