We’re looking for a motivated and customer-service driven Leasing Consultant to join our teams at Baker Tower and Meridian Garden Apartments. In this role, you’ll be spending three days/week at Baker Tower and two days/week at Meridian Garden Apartments as the welcoming face of our communities — helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional leasing experience from the first tour to move-in day. Every day is a little different for our Leasing Consultants but the main responsibilities encompass all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
