Aspen Careers is partnering with a respected and expanding estate planning and elder law firm to identify an Associate Attorney for its new Parkersburg, West Virginia office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven practice that helps families protect their futures while offering a stable, rewarding alternative to traditional litigation.

Job Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Parkersburg, WV – In-person role
Training will take place in the St. Clairsville, Ohio office, with additional training in the firm's Dublin and/or Lancaster offices before transitioning to the new Parkersburg location.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia (Ohio license is a plus).
• Has 1-5 years of attorney experience .
• Estate Planning experience is preferred, but attorneys with backgrounds in Family Law, Personal Injury, Probate, Criminal Defense, or related client-facing practice areas are encouraged to apply.
• Enjoys building relationships and guiding clients through important legal decisions.
• Comfortable discussing legal services and helping clients move forward with representation.
• Possesses strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to learn a specialized practice area.
