Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join its established Women’s Health practice conveniently located on the hospital campus in Lawton, OK .

The incoming physician will join a collaborative and experienced team of two other providers, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to the community. This full-time, permanent opportunity features a 1:4 call schedule , strong clinical support, and excellent earning potential.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum services.

• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Conduct annual wellness exams, family planning consultations, and preventive screenings.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and midwives to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Participate in call coverage (1:4 rotation).

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Engage in ongoing professional development and hospital initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills; patient-focused and team-oriented.

Compensation and Recruitment Package

• Compensation aligned with MGMA median or higher (based on experience).

• SUPERB quarterly bonus potential.

• $50,000 sign-on bonus.
