Outside Sales Executive (Hybrid)

We're looking for an accomplished Outside Sales Executive who wants the autonomy, resources and opportunity to build something significant. The Opportunity You'll step into an established territory with an existing book of business, strong brand recognition and significant room to grow and we're just beginning to tap the potential of what TheHomeMag can become. We're investing in our homeowner audience, technology, marketing and an expanding portfolio of solutions that give our sales team more ways to help clients grow and more ways to grow their own business. You're not starting from zero. You're taking something valuable and making it substantially bigger. We're not looking for someone to simply fill a territory. We're looking for someone to maximize its potential. What You'll Own An assigned territory and annual revenue target. Continuous new-business and pipeline development. Retention and growth of an established client portfolio. Consultative selling across print, digital, email, social and lead-generation solutions. Proactive identification of client risk and growth opportunities. CRM-based opportunity management, follow-up and accurate forecasting. Your schedule, priorities and results. What We're Looking For Required Demonstrated success in B2B consultative sales or business development. Experience developing new business while growing existing accounts. Working knowledge of pipeline development, opportunity management and forecasting. Professional experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or a comparable CRM. Ability to independently manage a territory, priorities and client relationships. Preferred 5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience. Integrated media, digital marketing, advertising or related solution-selling experience. Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding significant revenue goals. How You'll Work You know your numbers, build pipeline consistently and use your CRM to manage your business. When something doesn't go according to plan, your first instinct is to look for a solution. You use judgment, initiative and available resources to determine the next move and know when something genuinely requires leadership support. You enjoy autonomy, embrace accountability and adapt as our business and the marketing landscape continue to evolve. What We Offer Competitive base salary ($65,000-70,000) plus performance-based compensation. Six-figure earning potential, with top performers earning $175,000+ annually. An established territory and client base with significant growth potential. Home-office flexibility with the option to work from our local office.
