Description
Emerge is a trusted multi-family Property Management firm that operates A, B, C and new development apartment communities in Texas, Georgia, and Florida. We're a dedicated firm that strives to deliver exceptional value to our partners, properties, and our residents.
What You'll Do
- Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards in our Lead Management Software
- Tour and present the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home
- Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining show rooms, and any follow-up necessary
- Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish
- Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure prompt responses and completion of resident service requests in line with the company's standards
- Assist prospects with applications and deposits, adhering to company procedures and Fair Housing requirements
- Keep an updated availability report, process applications with credit checks and rental history verification, then submit them for
- Promote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues
