We offer a challenging career in a company that values our employees.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale, complex roofing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for driving project success through strong leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple commercial roofing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryLead project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnelOversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlReview contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance and mitigate riskMaintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholdersLead project meetings and coordinate all phases from preconstruction to closeoutEnsure adherence to safety standards and company policiesSupport estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts as neededMentor and develop team membersQualifications:5+ years of commercial roofing or construction project management experienceStrong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and practicesProven ability to manage multiple complex projectsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.) preferredBenefits Include: Full Time, Based SalaryMedical, Dental and Vision BenefitsAccident and Disability InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Holiday and VacationCar Allowance or Company Vehicle, Cell Phone and Computer (Business purposes only)401(K) with employer matchTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
