Product Integration & Sustainability Manager – Global Automotive We’re looking for a Product Integration & Sustainability Manager to lead the integration of manufacturing, quality, cost, and sustainability into product design – right from concept to industrialization. Key Responsibilities Drive “right-first-time” product development by embedding Design for Manufacturing, Production & Quality, Virtual validation (FEA & simulation), and Sustainability (CO₂, materials, recyclability). Reduce late‑stage design changes and improve launch readiness. Make sustainability a core engineering input, not an afterthought. Align engineering with real‑world production and supplier constraints. Act as the bridge between Engineering and Operations, leading global cross‑functional collaboration and setting the standards for engineering excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar). Experience in manufacturing‑driven product development (minimum 5 years). Expertise in industrialization, DfX methodologies, and cross‑functional leadership. A systems mindset balancing cost, quality, speed, and sustainability. 6Sigma black belt is an asset.
