Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor and delivery nursing care and provide leadership as a Charge Nurse.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Administer medications and track patient progress during labor and delivery.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and implement proper emergency responses.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately using Epic charting system.
• Adapt to floating to like units to meet the facility's staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current AK RN license; license in hand for Auto Offer required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience, with prior Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced required.
• Experience in labor and delivery units with high patient acuity preferred.
• Competency in using Epic charting system for patient documentation required.
• Willingness to float to like units as needed to cover staffing requirements.
