Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a lovely female client in Fox Chapel. Senior Helpers is a CHAP-certified provider recognized for Age-Friendly Care and Senior Gems dementia care training, reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional care and supporting our caregivers with industry-leading standards.

This rewarding opportunity offers consistent weekday hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The client is living with ovarian cancer and would benefit from a caregiver who can provide compassionate companionship, assistance with daily routines, and supportive care that helps her remain comfortable and independent in the familiarity of her own home.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a driver with a reliable vehicle
• Ability to transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB Quantiferon Gold Blood Test

Responsibilities:

• Provide companion care (light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, social engagement)
• Deliver personal care, including toileting, bathing, grooming, and incontinence care
• Support clients with dignity, comfort, and independence
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with office staff

Qualifications:

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field
• Reliable, patient, and professional
