Real Estate Paralegal

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a growing legal team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting real estate matters and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal looking to take the next step in their career while working closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of real estate matters. What You'll Do Provide paralegal support on a variety of real estate matters and transactions. Prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal and transaction documents. Assist with closings, due diligence, title-related matters, and property documentation. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other professionals. Conduct research and assist with gathering and reviewing relevant information. Track deadlines, maintain organized files, and help ensure matters move forward efficiently. Communicate with clients and other parties throughout the process. Support attorneys with additional legal and administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant , preferably within real estate. Familiarity with real estate transactions, closings, leases, title, or related matters. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology.
