We are seeking exceptional Family Practice providers to join a primary care clinic serving a defined employee and family population in Alexandria, Minnesota. This is a unique, low-pressure care model focused on high-quality, relationship-based medicine.

Qualifications:

• Active FNP or PA license (Minnesota or eligible)
• Experience in family practice or primary care preferred
• Strong patient-centered approach
• Comfortable working in a collaborative clinic environment

Schedule

• Full-time: 30-34 hours per week
• 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday)
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No on-call responsibilities

Practice Model

• Not productivity-driven
• Providers control patient visit time
• No insurance billing involvement for patients
• No cost to patients at point of care
