• Experience with complex religious facilities, including Catholic projects, is particularly valuable
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills

Why Consider It?

This is an opportunity to join a firm with more than four decades of history while still having the ability to make a meaningful impact on its next chapter.

• Lead significant, highly visible architectural projects
• Work on a diverse portfolio rather than a single repetitive project type
• Build long-term relationships with established clients
• Work directly with firm leadership
• Mentor and develop the next generation of architects
• Participate in strategic decisions and company growth
• Expand your involvement in business development and client relationships
• Join an established firm with a strong reputation and substantial body of completed work

We're interested in accomplished architects who still enjoy being close to the work but are ready to have a broader impact on projects, clients, people and the growth of the firm.

If you're a California-licensed Architect with strong project leadership experience and you're interested in exploring the next step in your career, we'd like to talk.
