REPRESENTANTE DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE - CAJERO

Bajo la dirección del Asistente del Administrador de la Ciudad y supervisado por el Supervisor de Facturación de Servicios Públicos, el Representante de Servicio al Cliente-Cajero realiza funciones de cajero utilizando diversos equipos de oficina, mantiene la confidencialidad de la información del cliente y proporciona un servicio al cliente de calidad en persona y por teléfono. Las funciones incluyen la recolección de ingresos, el manejo de quejas sobre residuos, la presentación de informes de ingresos y la distribución del correo de la ciudad. Esta posición requiere principios básicos de contabilidad, balanceo de cajones de efectivo, mantenimiento de registros, archivo, operación de computadoras y calculadoras de 10 teclas, manejo de dinero, depósitos y utilización de equipos de oficina. También son necesarias habilidades de comunicación efectivas con el personal del departamento y los clientes. Además, se requiere la capacidad para realizar cálculos matemáticos, incluyendo suma, resta, multiplicación, división, cálculos decimales y porcentajes.
