Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Menifee, CA

Are you looking for a rewarding school-based opportunity with a manageable caseload and flexible schedule? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in Menifee, California and is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team.

Position Details

• Part-Time Position

• 3 Days Per Week

• Approximately 22.5–24 Hours Weekly

• Fully Onsite Position

• Caseload of 34 Students

• Additional pending evaluations may be added

• Grade Levels: Kindergarten–11th/12th Grade

• Majority of students are in the elementary and middle school grade levels

Student Population

• Autism

• Specific Learning Disability (SLD)

• Other Health Impairment (OHI)

Qualifications

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services

• Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring as needed

• Manage and maintain IEP compliance

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers

• Support students with a variety of communication needs in a hands-on educational environment

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education requirements

Setting Requirements

• Fully onsite, in-person position

• Virtual and hybrid service delivery models are not being considered due to the hands-on nature of therapy services provided on campus
