Recruiting Consultant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Recruiting Consultant to join our team! This is a hybrid remote opportunity. Position Summary The Recruiting Consultant is responsible for developing client relationships, sourcing and evaluating talent, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This role partners with hiring managers and candidates to deliver exceptional talent solutions while supporting business development and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers. Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates. Manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. Conduct market research and provide talent market insights. Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding activities. Utilize ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies to manage recruiting activity. Meet established recruiting, placement, and business development metrics. Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Recruiting, staffing, sales, HR, or business development experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
