Job Title: Dining Room Supervisor
Location: Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille – The Lodge at Deadwood
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Primarily Evening/Night Shifts)

About Us:
Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is a high-energy restaurant known for great food, excellent service, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Dining Room Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team.

Position Summary:
The Dining Room Supervisor oversees daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient workflow, and a positive team environment. This role supports staff, resolves guest concerns, and helps maintain high service standards. This position is primarily focused on evening and night shifts, with flexibility to assist with other shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support servers, hosts, bartenders and other front-of-house staff
• Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with various administrative tasks and operational support
• Monitor dining room flow and adjust staffing or seating as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Availability for primarily evening/night shifts, with flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
