Geoff McDonald & Associates (GMA), an established and growing personal injury law firm with offices in Richmond and Virginia Beach, Virginia, is seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join our team.

We are looking for accomplished attorneys who know how to handle personal injury cases, connect with clients, negotiate from a position of strength, and confidently advocate in the courtroom. A Hybrid Schedule That Offers Real Flexibility

GMA operates on a hybrid work schedule , with attorneys working in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and remotely on Tuesday and Thursday . That means two dedicated work-from-home days each week while maintaining the collaboration, mentorship, and team connection that come from regularly working together in person.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Virginia.
• Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, including a history of trial successes and claim negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential new cases and client intakes.
• Proactively and routinely engage with current and prospective clients.
• Oversee the pre-litigation process, including valuation and maximizing claim value while simultaneously ensuring our clients receive appropriate care.
• Conduct settlement negotiations and manage recovery disbursements, ensuring timely resolution of escrows.
• Advocate vigorously in all jurisdictions across the Commonwealth.
• Lead depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Maintain exemplary client relationships and mentor junior attorneys and peers.
