Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Ambulatory Medical Practices MSO, Inc. (AMP), supporting ColumbiaDoctors , is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Certified Medical Assistants to join our growing team.

AMP is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that provides clinical and administrative support to ColumbiaDoctors , one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty practices in the Northeast. Our providers specialize in Cardiology, Vascular Disease, Internal Medicine, Obesity, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology. Required Experience/Skills:

• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, ability to multi-task and good attention to detail

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• 1-year Medical Assistant experience
• EPIC experience
• Experience with specialty-specific workflows and working knowledge of referral processes, prior authorizations, and insurance requirements
• Outpatient Cardiology experience

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) Certification from a Nationally Accredited Association (NHA) (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Required)

Work Location : On-site, Travel to other practice locations as needed.

Salary Range : $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Type : Full-time
