What We’re Looking For Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred) Ability to manage performance goalsExcellent communication and guest service skills A track record of accountability and results Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.
