Looking to launch a rewarding career in sales? The Berry Agency, a Farmers Insurance agency, is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representatives .
No insurance experience? No problem. If you're driven, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support you need to build a successful career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities- Contacting prospective customers and following up with leads
- Explaining insurance products, coverages, and policy benefits in a clear and professional manner
- Assisting customers through the quoting and policy application process
- Building long-term relationships through regular follow-up and account reviews
- Working toward individual and team sales goals
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
- Willingness to obtain the required Missouri insurance license (if not currently licensed)
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work on-site in the St. Louis, Missouri area
