This is a unique opportunity to influence product development at a global level, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners.What You’ll Do:Lead cross-functional projects across the entire product lifecycle, from NPI to production,Coordinate efforts with global R&D, Engineering, Operations, and external suppliers,Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and quality standards,Oversee documentation control, BOM revisions, engineering changes, and production processes,Collaborate with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence,Contribute to engineering change management, lifecycle support, and process improvements,Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.Required Skills:B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field,5-7 years of relevant experience in engineering or operations, including project management and NPI,Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects with a strong focus on production readiness,In-depth knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and supplier management,Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party production environments,Proficiency with PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite,Excellent communication skills–verbal, written, and presentation–across diverse audiences,Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail,Ability to influence and lead meetings in a matrix, global environment.Nice to Have Skills:Experience with manufacturing quality systems and supplier quality assurance,Familiarity with engineering change processes and product lifecycle management,Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects related to product launch,Ability to work with global teams and adapt across cultures.Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or similar,5-7+ years in engineering/operations roles focused on product development and production,Prior experience managing projects in a high-tech manufacturing setting.Ready to lead the future of innovative product launches?
