Senior Staff Accountant, 75K-85K (Hybrid)

Job Description Job Description We are looking to fill a Senior Staff Accountant with a company based in Carrollton, TX. This position will be responsible for performing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and assisting with the full month end close process. Responsibilities: Record and reconcile accounting transactions Reconcile balance sheet accounts Responsible for general ledger and month-end close Responsible for providing ad-hoc analysis Responsible for income statement, balance sheet, and assisting with variance analysis Research, investigate and report issues and corrections related to the GL Transactions Collaborate with the other teams within the company on projects Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 2-5 year experience within accounting Knowledge of GAAP Experience with deadline-oriented, multi-task environment Excellent knowledge of Excel Be able to work in a team environment Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
