Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)  - RBT certification Required 

Hours: Full time

Pay: $20 - $30 / hour

Job Summary As an RBT, you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. This role is a hands-on behavior technician position where you will implement aba therapy programs and help support meaningful progress. 

Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision 

Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA 

Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols 

Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life 

Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team

Requirements

High school diploma 

Certified Registered Behavior Technician 

At least 18 years of age 

Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle 

Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
