About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Operations to lead the scaling and optimization of its core operating engine. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and refining the systems, teams, metrics, and operating cadence necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and scalable operations. This role is pivotal in a fast-growing, operationally complex environment, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling complex, high-volume, and regulated operations. Key responsibilities include owning and driving all aspects of operations, from clinician and patient to payor and internal-facing operations, and using data, process design, automation, and engineering partnerships to achieve significant improvements in throughput, quality, and reliability. Applicants for the SVP, Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in operations, with a strong emphasis on analytical and systems-thinking abilities. The role requires a leader who can manage and build strong operational teams, diagnose and resolve operational issues, and is comfortable operating in regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have a history of using data and process design to enhance operational performance and will be expected to maintain high standards for talent, execution, communication, and ownership. A key aspect of the position is the ability to partner effectively with various functions, including product, engineering, analytics, finance, clinical, compliance, RCM, CS, and sales, to drive operational excellence and support the company's mission of providing equitable, hospital-quality care to all.
