You'll be collaborating closely with educators, families, and other professionals to provide personalized, evidence-based therapy tailored to the needs of each student.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Prior experience or clinical work in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services for preschool and school-aged students
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement IEPs and monitor student progress
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with policies and regulations
• Engage with parents and caregivers to share strategies and support generalization of skills
