Nurse Practitioner - PRN

Role Overview This position involves conducting comprehensive in‑home health assessments for adult and geriatric members, reviewing medical history, medication adherence, social factors, and health risks to improve care quality and identify undiagnosed conditions. Perform assessments lasting up to one hour, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, health education, and referrals Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab testing as needed Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, and caregivers Coordinate follow‑up care and patient education with primary care physicians Provide services at members' residences, including homes and skilled nursing facilities Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure and prescriptive authority Board certification in relevant adult or family health specialties Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities Preferred: 1+ year NP experience; new grads encouraged to apply Key Benefits & Opportunities Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends Competitive pay based on assessments completed, with potential monthly earnings up to $11,500 Mileage reimbursement, 401(k), referral bonuses, and continuing education support Support for additional licensure in neighboring states Potential transition from PRN to full‑time roles with sign‑on bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
